Supported Employment Program

Our Supported Employment Specialist uses a coaching approach to help individuals set and reach their career goals. We support people in building skills, continuing their education, and finding meaningful employment, help connect individuals to programs like High School Equivalency classes, skills training programs, and other opportunities in Syracuse. We also assist with resume writing, job searches, connecting with local employers and job fairs. Additional support services are available, including transportation assistance, help getting identification, food access, and referrals to other needed resources.
