We rent space to community organizations, artists, concert promoters, individuals and many others. Renters must provide photo identification and be at least 25 years old. Typical rentals include baby showers, bridal showers, receptions, birthday parties, repasts or memorials, classes, workshops, meetings and more.  Forms of payment accepted: cash, bank check, money order and personal check.

Note: Renters are charged for the entire time period the space is needed (which includes: time for setup and decoration, the time period of the event and any time needed at the end to clean up and return the space to its pre-rental condition).  All cancellations must be made 5 business days in advance of the rental date or will result in forfeit of damage deposit.  The damage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks following the rental (after our facility is inspected by WestcottCC staff).  All fees must be paid in full by the rental date (damage deposit can not be used in whole or in part as rental payment).

Room Details Price
Community Room (1st Floor) Room holds 80 people, seated capacity 60 people. Uses: concerts, meetings, parties, showers, receptions, lectures, recitals, etc. Floor is carpeted. Rectangular tables and chairs. $60.00 per hour $100 damage deposit is required.
Activity Room (2nd Floor) Room holds up to 45 people, seated capacity 35 people. Uses: classes, arts & crafts, meetings, dance, youth activities. Floor is wooden. Rectangular & round tables with metal folding chairs. Elevator is available. $40.00 per hour. $100 damage deposit is required.
