Instructor: Shihan Williams, 45 years of training
Class Information: Held Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 5:30 – 6:30pm sharp in the 2nd floor Activity Room at Westcott Community Center. To promote self confidence, self awareness, discipline, self defense, weight loss and learning an ancient form (Okinawan Goju-Ryu). Uniforms are required. Ages 6-96.
